Raspberry Sorbet

We got an ice cream maker as a wedding gift back in 2009 and have made ice cream several times, but I've been meaning to try making something like sorbet in it. I finally got around to that last week when it was close to 90 degrees here in Seattle. I used this recipe from Saveur.com. Since I'm not a huge fan of seeds in berries I opted to put all the berries in the food processor and not to add the whole berries at the end. I used frozen berries and it actually turned out pretty good. Glad we made it when we did as it appears summer has come to an end here in Seattle!
